A Safe Space

No judgement, no pressure. A held space where you can show up exactly as you are, and leave a little lighter.

Guided Sessions

Every evening is led by Mukunda Nayak — structured, purposeful, and gentle. Each session is complete in itself.

Community Support

Heal alongside others walking the same path. There is something that shifts when we heal together rather than alone.

A space to heal, together

Healing Circles is a free, live, online group session held every weeknight. Each evening follows a gentle structure — awareness, movement, breath, meditation, and integrative practice. It is not a lecture or a workshop. It is a shared practice, held with care, open to anyone who is ready to show up for themselves.

There is no prerequisite. No prior experience required. You do not need to be in crisis to come. You simply need to be willing.

In every session

Knowledge That Transforms · 15–20 min

Brief, grounded talks drawn from psychology, healing science, and lived experience. The kind of knowing that changes how you see yourself, not just how you think.

Heal, Release and Integrate · 25–30 min

Guided practices that help you process what you carry — gently, without force. You do not have to understand it fully. You only have to let it move.

What we practice, together

Five practices chosen because together they address the whole person — mind, body, and the space between.

01

Awareness

A topical talk that brings genuine understanding, drawn from psychology, healing science, and lived experience. The kind of knowing that shifts how you see yourself, not just how you think about yourself.

02

Movement

Gentle mobility exercises to bring the body back into the conversation. The mind heals faster when the body is not held rigid. These are invitations for the body to soften, open, and participate in its own healing.

03

Breath

Breathwork to regulate the nervous system, anchor awareness in the present, and create the internal conditions for release. Breath bridges the conscious and the unconscious. When we work with it deliberately, everything else becomes more possible.

04

Meditation

A guided meditation to settle, witness, and access the quieter layers of the self. Not to blank the mind, but to stop fighting it. In the stillness that follows, something often clarifies that hours of thinking cannot.

05

Tapping

Tapping and breathing in certain rhythmic ways have shown immense results in gently processing and releasing what the body holds. We also work with methods such as Ho'oponopono and other integrative practices, each chosen for what the circle needs in that moment.

What participants share

"

The Healing Circles helped me overcome fears, anxiety, and insecurities — to accept myself as I am. I have learned to sit with my thoughts rather than react to them. I am learning to love myself better, heal my inner child, and replace old habits with love and compassion.

As an alternate therapist, I was curious and so glad I attended. The facilitator is a bundle of knowledge, generous in sharing it. The techniques — breathwork, meditation, inner child healing, tapping — were deeply valuable. Tapping especially helped me integrate the parts of me experiencing pain. I highly recommend these sessions to everyone.

"

The Healing Circles helped me understand my subconscious, recognise emotional patterns, and learn powerful healing tools. I was amazed by how deeply mind and emotion influence the body. What touched me most was the sincerity and compassion shown to every person's journey.

I am immensely happy to be part of the Healing Circles and want to remain so always. I feel calm during and after each session, always looking forward to 8:30 PM. After a busy day, the sessions soothe and rejuvenate. The exercises are refreshing at any age, and the guided meditations take me somewhere entirely new.

I look forward to every session. The practical techniques — tapping, breathing, inner child healing — have helped me understand myself better and improve how I handle emotions. It is a space to heal and grow, where I can show up as I am and leave a little lighter each time.

How we open and close

Each circle begins and ends with an invocation. These carry no religious affiliation. They are a direction of the heart — a commitment to what we are here to do.

We Begin

Asatoma Sad Gamaya

The opening invocation

ॐ असतो मा सद्गमय ।
तमसो मा ज्योतिर्गमय ।
मृत्योर्मा अमृतं गमय ।
ॐ शान्तिः शान्तिः शान्तिः ॥

Om asato ma sad gamaya
Tamaso ma jyotir gamaya
Mrityor ma amritam gamaya
Om shantih shantih shantih

Lead me from the unreal to the real.
Lead me from darkness to light.
Lead me from the transient to the everlasting.
Let there be peace, peace, peace.

This is an intention, not a prayer to a deity. A quiet commitment to move toward what is true, what is clear, and what endures.

We Close

Kara Charana Kritam

The closing invocation

Kara charana kritam vak kayajam karma jam va
Shravana nayanajam va manasam va aparadham
Vihitam avihitam va sarvam etat kshamasva
Jaya jaya karunaabdhe shri Mahadeva Shambho

Forgive me for all that I have done, through my hands and feet, through my words, my actions, through what I have heard, what I have seen, through the workings of my own mind. Forgive all that was right, and all that was not. Victory, victory to the ocean of compassion, to the great Shambho within.

Mahadeva Shambho here is not an external deity. Shambho means the self-existent, the benevolent one. We are surrendering the session back to the infinite intelligence within us — our own subconscious.

Belong·Heal·Believe

You do not have to have it figured out to join. You do not have to be in crisis. You just have to show up. The circle holds the rest.
