An immersive experience in therapeutic sound. The nervous system settles, the mind stills, and the body remembers how to rest. Available in-person in Bangalore and online, as individual sessions and group experiences.
Sound healing is the practice of using rhythmic tone, vibration, and resonance to guide the body and mind into a deep, restful state. It rests on a simple premise: the human body is roughly 70% water, and water is an exceptional conductor of vibration. Sound does not stay at the surface — it moves through.
A session, often called a sound bath, immerses you in the tones of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and the human voice. The most important part is that it asks nothing of you. You lie down, and the sound does the work — drawing the nervous system out of fight-or-flight and into a state of deep, restorative calm.
Across cultures and centuries, sound has been understood as a force of healing and transformation.
The concept of Nada Brahma — the universe as sound. Mantras, chants, and singing bowls used for millennia to align the body with cosmic vibration.
David's harp calming King Saul is among the earliest recorded uses of music as therapeutic intervention — sound reaching where words could not.
The Sufi tradition understands music as a direct pathway to the divine — sama, sacred listening, used to dissolve the ego and open the heart.
Across cultures worldwide, rhythmic sound has been used in ceremony and healing. The drum as heartbeat of the earth. The chant as the thread holding community together.
What ancient traditions understood intuitively, contemporary research is beginning to confirm.
Sound travels nearly four times faster through water and soft tissue than through air. A bowl placed near the body is felt through muscle, bone, and fluid simultaneously — a full-body experience, not merely a listening one.
Low-frequency sound and humming directly stimulate the vagus nerve — the primary pathway of the parasympathetic nervous system. This is the physiological route through which sound produces calm.
Sustained tones guide the brain toward alpha and theta states — deep relaxation, meditation, the threshold between waking and sleep where healing is known to accelerate.
Sound vibration penetrates tissues that hands cannot reach. Organs, fascia, and cellular structures respond to resonant frequencies. Most people report feeling the session as much as hearing it.
Toning and humming have been shown in clinical research to increase nasal nitric oxide output — a molecule involved in circulation, oxygenation, and immune defence.
A struck singing bowl vibrates in multiple overlapping modes simultaneously, producing layered, wavering sound — the acoustic structure a session is deliberately built upon.

Each musical note corresponds to a chakra — an energy centre in the subtle body. Crystal singing bowls are tuned to specific notes, so a sound bath works across all seven simultaneously, creating a whole-body harmonic field.
You arrive, lie down, and are welcomed into the space. No preparation needed. You are guided briefly to let the body begin to soften.
Full immersion in the instruments. A sonic wash that moves across and through you. Most people drift into a state between waking and sleep.
A softer, more melodic phase. The intensity settles into something more intimate. This is often where emotional release, insight, or deep stillness arises.
Gentle tones guide you back. The body remains still while awareness slowly returns. The work continues here — do not rush this phase.
A soft close. You return to the room in your own time. What was received continues to unfold in the hours and days that follow.
Handcrafted copper and tin alloy. Rich, complex overtones that carry long after the strike.
Pure quartz, each tuned to a chakra and note. Clear, sustained tones that penetrate deeply.
A wash of overlapping frequencies. The gong touches the whole body at once.
High, clear tones that open and close the space. Transitions between stages.
Meditative, melodic. Often used in the integration phase to gently bring you back.
Humming, seed sounds, toning. The most intimate instrument — resonates from within.
When the right frequencies surround the body, it does not need to be told to heal. It remembers. Sound healing is not about inducing a pleasant experience. It is about creating the conditions in which the body's own intelligence can do what it already knows how to do.
This is medicine in the oldest sense of the word.
You do not have to understand it before you arrive. You do not have to prepare anything. You only have to show up, lie down, and allow.
The rest is already waiting for you.
Sound healing is deeply safe for most people. Please let us know if any of the following apply.
Active fever or acute infection — the body is already in a healing state; wait until the acute phase has passed.
First trimester of pregnancy — as a precaution, we recommend waiting until the second trimester before attending a full sound bath.
Implanted electronic devices such as pacemakers — please inform us before your session so we can adapt accordingly.
None at all. You only need to be able to lie down and remain still for the duration. The sound does the work — your only role is to receive.
Comfortable, loose clothing. A light stomach is preferred — avoid a heavy meal in the two hours before the session. You may bring a blanket if you tend to feel cold when still.
Completely. Many people drift in and out, or fall into a deep sleep. The healing continues regardless of your level of conscious awareness. Drifting is not failing to participate — it is a sign your nervous system has let go.
Experiences vary widely. Some feel profound calm, warmth, or tingling. Some see colours or imagery. Some feel a wave of emotion or release. Others simply feel rested. In the hours following, drink water and move gently.
Yes. Online sessions are available individually and in small groups. While in-person vibration is unmatched, online sound healing through quality audio is a genuine and effective experience.
