About Sathya Wellness Solutions
Philosophy, approach & confidentiality

What is Sathya Wellness Solutions?

Sathya Wellness Solutions is a healing practice founded by Mukunda Nayak, an Integrated Clinical Hypnotherapist and Transpersonal Regression Therapist. We offer a safe, confidential space for deep emotional healing through Clinical Hypnotherapy, Transpersonal Regression Therapy, and Inner Child Healing — available both in-person in Bangalore and online.

What makes your approach different from regular therapy?

We work at the subconscious level, addressing root causes rather than managing surface symptoms. Unlike conventional talking therapy, our modalities access the emotional and experiential layers that cannot always be reached through conversation alone. Every session is tailored to the individual.

Is everything I share kept confidential?

Absolutely. Confidentiality is an unconditional, implied contract at Sathya Wellness Solutions — without exception, regardless of circumstance. What is shared in the space of healing remains in that space, always.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes. Sessions are available both in-person in Bangalore and online. The online experience is equally effective for most therapeutic work, and many clients prefer the comfort and privacy of their own space.

Who is the therapy suitable for?

Anyone who feels stuck in emotional patterns, is navigating unresolved experiences, or is seeking meaningful inner change. There is no single profile of someone who benefits from this work. If you are genuinely curious and willing to explore, that is enough to begin.

How do I begin?

Simply reach out via WhatsApp or email. An initial consultation will help us understand what you are experiencing, what you are hoping for, and which therapeutic pathway is right for you. There is no pressure, and no commitment required from that first conversation.

Clinical Hypnotherapy
What hypnosis is, what it is not, & how it works

Will I lose control during a session?

No. You remain aware and present throughout. You remain in control. Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process. Nothing happens without your willingness, and you can return to full waking awareness at any moment.

Can I be made to do or say things I don't want to?

Not at all. Nothing is imposed. Everything is guided. The process works because you are a willing participant. Your subconscious will not accept suggestions that conflict with your values or intentions.

Can I get stuck in hypnosis?

No. At any point, you can pause, respond, or stop. Hypnosis is a natural state, one you move in and out of freely. If a session were to end unexpectedly, you would simply return to normal awareness on your own.

What if I don't think I can be hypnotised?

Most people can experience a therapeutic hypnotic state. Willingness and openness matter more than belief. Your facilitator will discuss your suggestibility style in the initial consultation and adapt the approach accordingly.

Is hypnotherapy the same as stage hypnosis?

Not at all. Stage hypnosis is performance. Clinical Hypnotherapy is a structured therapeutic process conducted by a trained practitioner, with clear goals and ethical boundaries throughout.

What does it actually feel like to be hypnotised?

Most people describe it as a deeply relaxed, inwardly focused state — like the calm just before sleep, where the mind is quiet but still fully present. You remain conscious and aware. Many are surprised by how natural and gentle it feels.

How many sessions will I need?

This varies with the individual and the nature of the concern. Some shifts occur quickly. Others unfold over time. Your facilitator will suggest an approach after an initial consultation. There is no fixed programme imposed on you.

Transpersonal Regression Therapy
Past life, ancestral patterns & soul-level exploration

Do I have to believe in past lives for this to work?

No. Your belief system does not determine the effectiveness of the process. Whether you experience what emerges as actual memory, symbolic narrative, or imagination, the therapeutic value lies in what you process and release, not in what you believe about its origin.

Will I be in control during the session?

Fully. You remain aware and present throughout. You can pause, respond, or stop at any point. The facilitator guides, and your experience, at every moment, is yours. Nothing is imposed.

What if I don't see anything during a session?

Not all regression is visual. Many people experience feelings, impressions, physical sensations, or simply a sense of knowing. The process works with whatever the mind offers, and all of these forms are equally valid and therapeutically useful.

What if what I experience is disturbing?

The session is paced carefully and always within your capacity. You will not be pushed into anything you are not ready for. If anything intense arises, the facilitator knows how to hold the space and guide you through it with care.

Is regression therapy scientifically accepted?

It is practised within transpersonal psychology, a recognised field that explores experiences beyond ordinary ego boundaries. While metaphysical interpretations vary, the therapeutic outcomes — emotional release, pattern resolution, and healing — are well documented in clinical practice.

Is this suitable for everyone?

Not necessarily. This work requires emotional readiness and genuine willingness. An initial consultation helps assess suitability. If this approach is not the right fit at this time, your facilitator will guide you toward something more appropriate.

How many sessions are typically needed?

This varies entirely with the individual and the nature of what is being explored. Some things shift significantly in one or two sessions. Others require more time and depth. Your facilitator will discuss this openly with you. There is no fixed programme.

Inner Child Healing
Early emotional wounds, patterns & re-parenting

Do I need to have had a difficult childhood for this to be relevant?

No. Inner child patterns exist in everyone. You do not need a traumatic history for early emotional experiences to have shaped how you respond today. The impressions formed in childhood are universal, even when childhood itself was largely positive.

Is this the same as inner child meditation or guided visualisation?

No. This is structured therapeutic work, not a meditative or creative exercise. While it may involve guided awareness, the process has a clinical framework, a therapeutic direction, and a facilitator who understands the psychological underpinnings of what is being explored.

What if I don't remember much from my childhood?

Memory is not the starting point. The work begins with what you are experiencing now: the feelings, the patterns, the reactions. These are the access points. Specific memories may or may not emerge, and neither outcome prevents the work from being meaningful.

Will this involve a lot of emotional intensity?

The work is structured to be at your pace, within your capacity. You will not be pushed into anything you are not ready for. Some sessions are deeply quiet. Others may bring more feeling. The facilitator attends to what is present and appropriate for where you are.

Can inner child work help with physical symptoms?

Yes. Many physical symptoms — tension, chronic pain, digestive issues, skin conditions — have emotional roots. When the underlying emotional experience is resolved, corresponding physical symptoms often ease or disappear entirely.

How is this different from regular talking therapy?

Talking therapy primarily engages the Adult and sometimes the Parent. Inner Child work engages the Child directly, addressing the emotional layer that talking often does not fully reach. It works with feeling, not just understanding.

Practical Questions
Booking, sessions, location & what to expect

How do I book a session?

The easiest way is via WhatsApp. Simply send a message to +91 72593 96279 and we will get back to you within 24 hours to discuss the right approach and schedule your first session. You can also write to us at sathyatheinfinite@gmail.com.

Where are sessions held?

Sessions are available in Bangalore in-person, or online via a video call. Both options are equally effective, and many clients find the comfort of their own space particularly conducive to deep inner work.

How long does a session last?

Sessions typically run between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on the modality and what is being explored. Your facilitator will give you a clearer sense of timing at the initial consultation.

What should I do to prepare for a session?

Come as you are. There is no special preparation required. Wearing comfortable clothing, arriving without rushing, and coming with an open, curious mind is all you need. Your facilitator will guide you through everything from there.

Is there a free initial consultation?

Yes. An initial conversation is available to explore what you are experiencing, whether the modality is a good fit, and what the process would look like for you. There is no obligation to proceed.

Can I bring someone with me to a session?

Sessions are individual and conducted in complete privacy. The presence of a third party is not recommended, as it affects the depth of work possible and the safety of the therapeutic space.
